Manon Savoie
Co-founder
In 2005, life gave me a precious gift: the beginning of a beautiful adventure as a beneficiary attendant in a day centre in a CHSLD. From this experience, I evolved into a role as a recreation instructor, where my mission was to improve the quality of life of residents by organizing various programs, activities, parties and outings. Faced with their loneliness and isolation, I felt a deep need to do more and that is how the idea of offering private services was born, to break this vicious circle with heavy emotional consequences.
In 2010, I had the opportunity to extend this commitment by founding a family-type residence. We welcome people with intellectual and cognitive limitations (including Alzheimer's), with the aim of improving their quality of life in a warm and respectful environment.
Respect, empathy, availability, and flexibility are at the heart of our approach. Each exchange of glances and words nourishes and preserves our "humanity", thus enriching the lives of those we accompany.
Sylvain Lefebvre
Co-founder
Sylvain is driven by self-sacrifice. For 20 years, he devotedly supported his grandparents, allowing them to stay at home longer. This enriching experience deeply marked his vision of mutual aid and support for seniors.
With 20 years of experience supervising personnel in a company of more than 400 employees, Sylvain has developed solid management and leadership skills.
Empathetic, attentive, and deeply respectful of the unique values of each individual, he takes on challenges with passion. His mission is to support people who are losing their autonomy while remaining faithful to the principle of "humanitude".
