In 2005 life gave me a gift, the beginning of a great adventure as a beneficiary attendant in a day center in a CHSLD. From beneficiary attendant to leisure instructor at the CHSLD, my role was to improve the quality of life of the clientele accommodated by offering various programs, activities, parties and outings. Witnessing their loneliness and isolation, I thought of offering private services in order to break this vicious circle which has great emotional repercussions.

In 2010, at the family-type Residence, we welcome and offer in our living environment, people with intellectual and cognitive limitations (Alzheimer's) in order to improve their quality of life.

Respect, empathy, availability, flexibility, exchanges of looks and words enrich and maintain our "humanness".
Sylvain Lefebvre
Sylvain est axé sur le don de soi. Il a entre autre vécu une expérience enrichissante_cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_support for his grandparents for 20 years, which extended their maintenance at home.
Sylvain has accumulated 20 years of experience supervising personnel in a large company with more than 400 employees.

He considers himself to be attentive, empathetic and respectful of the values that differentiate each human being. He thrives on the challenge and has made it his mission to help people who are losing autonomy while remaining focused on the principle of "humanitude".
