Growing old is the golden age
A human experience, the golden age

The elderly, also known as seniors or golden agers, are individuals who are generally over 65. They make up a significant proportion of the population, and their numbers are steadily increasing as the population ages.

The experience of exhibiting at the Salon des aßnés 50 ans et plus, at the Palais des congÚs, was an enriching one for the Huma team. Exchanges and discussions with visitors of all ages, and especially those in their golden years, enabled us to witness life through different eyes.

The confidences of the caregivers had a touching and moving effect.

Older people can face many age-related challenges, such as health problems, reduced mobility, financial difficulties, declining physical and mental capacities, loneliness and social isolation. Despite these challenges, older people bring a wealth of experience, wisdom and know-how to society.

We were seduced and impressed by the beauty and vitality of some of the ladies, aged 80, 85 and even 95. Their proud looks and joie de vivre were inspiring. Why not ask for their secret?đŸ€”

Ah, dear ladies with glowing faces, how do you manage to stay so young and radiant? Is it thanks to a magic potion?

They've revealed a secret: an active lifestyle, a balanced diet, plenty of exercise and laughter. Ah, that's the key to eternal youth! We take note and promise to follow your valuable advice.

So ladies, continue to shine and inspire us with your energy and beauty. We secretly admire and envy you, but promise not to manipulate our photos to look like you. After all, a little wrinkling and dark circles never hurt anyone, right?

So let's laugh and smile every day!

Did you know that seniors have more values than any other age group?

- They've got money in their hair

- Gold in their teeth

- Stones in the liver

- Iron in the joints

- Lead in the feet

- And are an inexhaustible source of natural gas!!! 😀

We are filled with immense gratitude. We realize that many of them face a multitude of challenges and difficulties on a daily basis. By talking to them, we've been able to better understand their needs and concerns, and we're even more determined to support them as best we can.

We say THANK YOU ❀ because your life stories help us to better understand our past, inspire us for the present and guide us into the future. Supporting you through the many challenges of old age is our mission for the Huma team.
